Procedure
- Heat Phase A ingredients and B ingredients separately to 75°C.
- Add Phase A into Phase B while stirring.
- Homogenize.
- Cool to 40°C while stirring.
- Add Phase C ingredients while stirring.
- Cool to 30°C while stirring.
- Adjust the pH.
