Procedure:

  1. Pre-mix A heated to 70°C and pre-mix B heated to 70°C separately until homogeneous
  2. Add Part B to part A under rapid mixing, homogenize for 5 min. until homogeneous
  3. Cooldown to 40° under agitation
  4. Add part C, Part D and part E and mix
  5. Homogenize until homogeneous
  6. Cooldown to room temperature

Specifications:

The pH value should be 5.5-6.0 and has to be checked. If not, adjust the pH with sodium hydroxide or citric acid.
