Ceralution H RSPO-MB is a stable oil-in-water emulsifier that provides moisturization and also acts as an anti-aging agent. Cosmacol ELI is an emollient that provides moisturization and has anti-irritating properties in the formulation. It also plays a role in controlling body odour. Cosmacol OE is a highly spreading and readily biodegradable emollient. It improves skin feel and reduces oiliness in the formulation. Parafol 14 RSPO-MB is also a biodegradable and highly spreading emollient and is used as an alternative to Isohexadecane.

Procedure
- Heat Phase A ingredients and Phase B ingredients separately to 70°C.
- Add Phase B ingredients to Phase A and homogenize.
- Cool to 35°C and add Phase C, D and E to A+B+C and homogenize.
- Adjust the pH.
