PROCEDURE:
1. Add the TEGO® Carbomer 750 HD to the water. Mix until fully hydrated then repeat with Sodium Polyacrylate.
2. Add the Glycerin and SKINMIMICS®, mix until homogeneous.
3. Add phases B and C, mix well and dispense.
