Procedure
- Add ingredients in Phase A. When dispersed, heat to 70°C and maintain temperature for 30 minutes.
- Cool slowly to 45°C. Add Phase B.
- Add Phase C when the temperature of the batch is below 40°C.
- Adjust the pH to 5.5 +/- 0.2 with citric acid solution as needed.
