Beantree is a naturally derived emollient from castor and rapeseed. It absorbs quickly into the skin for long-lasting emolliency. Dermothix 100 is a nonionic thickener and rheology modifier. It imparts a unique rheology (Newtonian elastic liquid) to the final product.

Procedure for Concealer
- Add Phase A ingredients into the main beaker. Blend with overhead mixer and heat to 70°C.
- In a separate beaker, add Phase B ingredients and heat to 70°C.
- Add Phase B ingredients into Phase A with increased mixing.
- In a separate beaker, combine pigment ingredients from Phase C and slowly mix into the main beaker.
- Cool the emulsion down. At 45°C, add the preservatives from Phase D.
- In a separate beaker, combine ingredients of the active phase (Phase E) and mix until all the salicylic acid is solubilized in ethanol.
- Add Phase E into the main beaker below 35°C.
- Adjust the pH to 3.5
- Add Phase G.
