Procedure for Creamy Acne Facial Cleanser
- Mix Phase 1 ingredients in the main vessel with medium speed propeller mixing, no heat.
- Add Phase 2 ingredients and mix until fully dispersed.
- Add Phase 3 ingredients, one by one. Mix until uniform.
- Use Phase 4 ingredient to adjust the pH to 5.0
