PROCEDURE
1. Charge DI water with propeller mixing, add remainder of phase A and heat to 80 °C.
2. In a side container, combine ingredients of phase B while mixing. Heat to 80 °C.
3. Add phase C to phase B with mixing. Allow to fully incorporate into phase (about 10 mins).
4. Add side beaker to main. Lightly homogenize for 1-2 mins.
5. Force cool.
6. At 50 °C or below, in a side beaker, slurry phase D and add to main.
7. Adjust pH to 4,0 – 5,0.
