This formula features TEGO Pep 4-Even which is a tetra peptide, that visibly diminishes hyperchromatic spots and brightens the skin. It is able to reduce acne lesions and to alleviate melasma on ethnic skin. UniTone is a cellular active that promotes skin to be visibly brighter and with a more uniform appearance. TEGO SML 20 MB is a mild, nonionic secondary surfactant for hair and skin cleansing products. It is a solubilizer for fatty oils and perfume oils in all aqueous preparations.

Procedure for Deep Perfecting Spot Serum
- Disperse Carbomer water, neutralize with potassium hydroxide solution.
- Add Phase B, active by active, ensuring each active mixes well before adding another one.
- Add Phase C with mixing.
- Add Phase D, adjust pH to 6.5 – 7.0
