Procedure for Deep Revitalizing Under-Eye Mask
- Pre blend Polyvinyl Alcohol in water while heating to 85 – 90°C.
- Cool Phase A below 35°C and add alcohol.
- Blend Phase B ingredients and add to Phase A.
- Add Phase C ingredients in the given order to Phase A/B.
- Add Phase D and E ingredients
