Procedure for Dreamy Renewing Butter
- Homogenize Phase A in the main vessel and start to heat to 75 – 80°C.
- At 30°C, sprinkle in Phase B and homogenize while heating.
- In a side beaker, prepare Phase C and heat to 75 – 80°C until homogeneous.
- At 75°C, add Phase C slowly in the main vessel and homogenize during 10 minutes.
- Cool down the temperature and add Phase D at 65°C. Homogenize during 10 minutes.
- At 60°C, add Phase E (premixed at room temperature) at 60°C. Mix well.
- In a side beaker, prepare Phase H: sprinkle HMHEC into the water at room temperature and mix while heating at 60°C. Cool down when homogeneous.
- At 35°C, add Phase F (premixed at room temperature) and mix well.
- At 30°C, add Phase G (premixed at room temperature) and homogenize. Check for pigments dispersion using two glass slides.
- At 28°C, add Phase H. Mix well until homogeneous. Viscosity increases dramatically.
- Stop at 25°C.
