Beantree is a naturally derived emollient from castor and rapeseed. It absorbs quickly into the skin for long-lasting emolliency. Dermothix 100 is a nonionic thickener and rheology modifier. It imparts a unique rheology (Newtonian elastic liquid) to the final product.

Procedure for Face Foundation
- Add water phase ingredients (Phase A) to the main beaker. Blend with overhead mixer and heat to 70°C.
- In a separate beaker, add oil phase ingredients (Phase B) and heat to 70°C.
- Add Phase B ingredients into Phase A with increased mixing.
- In a separate beaker, combine pigment ingredients (Phase C) and slowly mix into main beaker.
