This formulation features MAISITA 9040 which is produced by mashing, washing, and drying of corn followed by heat-treatment to reach a low plate count. This ingredient is a physically treated native corn starch used as a rheology modifier. It reduces the greasiness and stickiness of emulsions and has a mattifying effect.
How To Use: Using a heatproof bowl, add 2-3 oz of boiling water and stir the solid hair mask until melted. Apply to wet, clean hair. Leave on for 20 minutes and then rinse hair.
