MANUFACTURING INSTRUCTIONS
- Phase A: blend all ingredients well.
- Phase C: dissolve TEGO Cosmo C 100 in water. Add remaining ingredients in the given order while stirring.
- Add C to A while stirring. Add phase B and stir until uniform and clear. Add phase D and stir until unform.
