Procedure for Lip Primer Exfoliator
- Weigh Phase A ingredients into a beaker. Start to heat slowly up to 80°C – 85°C.
- Start mixing with propeller type blade at slow to medium speed until it is uniform and clear. Mix for an additional 15 minutes at 80°C – 85°C. Then start to cool the batch to 70°C – 74°C .
- Slowly add Phase B under medium mixing. Continue to mix until homogenous. Cool the bath to 70°C – 74°C.
- De-air the batch and pour samples at 70°C – 74°C, keeping the bulk very uniformly mixing.
