Procedure:
- Combine ingredients of Phase A (in the order listed) and pass through the micropulverizer twice.
- Draw down powder phase to check for color streaking. If needed, re-pulverize to ensure
uniformity of phase/color. - Add Phase B materials to Phase A. Blend well until evenly dispersed.
- Pre-mix Phase C materials. Add Phase C and blend well until evenly dispersed.
- Add Phase D material and blend well until evenly dispersed.
