Procedure
- Disperse Xanthan Gum in water per manufacturer’s instructions. Mix until completely hydrated.
- Add ingredients 3 – 5 and mix until smooth and homogeneous.
- Add ingredients 6 – 8 and continue mixing until the emulsion has formed and a “milky” white appearance is observed.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix until homogeneous.
