This Moisturizing Hand Cream is a non-greasy formulation and provides hands with long-lasting moisturization!

Procedure for Moisturizing Hand Cream

  1. Weigh Phase A ingredients into a separate beaker. Heat the mixture to 70°C. Mix thoroughly until all the Xanthan Gum has fully dissolved.
  2. Weigh Phase B ingredients into a separate beaker. Heat the mixture to 90°C – 100°C or until all ingredients are fully dissolved and the mixture is homogenous.
  3. Add Phase B into Phase A and use a homogenizer to mix on high speed. Mix the product for 10 – 20 minutes until it is uniform and homogenous.
  4. Add Phase C into the batch. Mix the product on high speed for 15 – 20 minutes until its uniform and homogenous.
  5. Add Phase D into the batch and mix for 5 – 10 minutes. If the batch gets thick, increase the mixing speed appropriately to keep the batch moving uniformly. Make sure to scrape the sides and incorporate in the mix.
