Dermol MBDD is an excellent film forming polymeric emollient ester. It adds body and spreading properties to formulations. It also provides outstanding shine, tack, water resistance and adhesion in lipsticks. Mango Butter provides softening benefits to the skin. It also has excellent spreading properties and adds body and stability to the emulsion. Candelilla Wax is incorporated to add water repellency and good gloss.

Procedure for High Moisturizing Lip Balm
- Combine all ingredient from Phase A.
- Melt all ingredients in Phase A to 85°C – 90°C.
- Mix until homogeneous.
- Pour hot melt at 75°C into lip balm packaging.
