Procedure
- Mix water and EDTA and heat the batch to 75°C.
- Pre-mix glycerin and Hydroxyethylcellulose then add to the rest of Phase 1, fully incorporated.
- Heat Phase 2 ingredients until 78°C and emulsify when at temperature.
- Cool batch to 35°C.
- Add each Phase 3 ingredient separately and mix until uniform.
- Adjust the pH with Citric Acid to 5.0
- Drop the batch at 30°C.
