This oil-based Oil-to-Milk facial cleanser works to dissolve and lift away impurities as well as remove waterproof make up without stripping your skin of its natural moisture. It leaves the skin feeling soft, supple and provides a skin conditioning effect. ColaMulse 3GO, an oil-soluble emulsifier, transforms the oil into a creamy milk in the presence of water that nourishes your skin as it cleanses. This formulation is easy to put together as it does not require any heating.
Use: massage onto dry skin. Then add water to transform the oil to milk before rinsing.

- Combine ingredients 1-5 in order with moderate mixing.
- Continue mixing until clear and uniform.
