Procedure for Radiant Cushion Highlighter
- In the main vessel, add Phase 1 and begin mixing with a saw tooth propeller mixer. Begin heating to 65°C.
- Add Phase 2 ingredients, one at a time, in the order listed. Mix until uniform.
- Drop batch at 60°C.
