Procedure for Skin Perfecting Vitamin Veil
- Add propanediol to water and mix. Add carbomer and mix for 5 minutes at 700 rpm.
- Add ammonia solution and mix for 5 minutes at 70 rpm.
- Heat Phase A to 50°C
- Homogenize all Phase B ingredients for 10 minutes at 12,000 rpm. Heat to 50°C.
- Gradually add Phase A into Phase B at 100 rpm at 50°C.
- Mix for another 30 minutes at 100 rpm at 50°C.
- Add Phase C to Phase A+B gradually at 70 rpm at 50°C.
- Mix for another 20 minutes at 70 rpm at 50°C.
