Cosmacol OE is a very light, highly spreading and readily biodegradable emollient that improves the skin feel and reduces tackiness and oiliness.

Procedure
- Heat Phase A ingredients and Phase B ingredients separately to 70°C.
- Add Phase B ingredients to Phase A ingredients and homogenize.
- Cool to 35°C and add Phase C ingredients to A+B and homogenize.
- Adjust the pH value.
