Procedure for Sorbet Cocoon
- From Phase A, add propanediol to water and mix. Continue adding glycerin and mix.
- Add carbomer and mix for 5 minutes at 700 rpm.
- Add the ammonia solution and mix for 5 minutes at 700 rpm.
- Heat Phase A to 70°C.
- Gradually add Phase B into Phase A whie mixing at 200 rpm at 50°C.
- Mix for an additional 20 minutes.
