Aldo®HMS is a Kosher Food Grade, mono-and diglycerides of edible fats or oils, or edible fat-forming acids with high monostearate. Particularly suited for mild rinse-off and skin pleasant leave-on formulations because of long-lasting skin moisturization. Replacement for polysorbates, PEG esters, and linear alcohol ethoxylates. Other suggested applications include baked goods, dairy products, coffee whiteners, frozen desserts and Pet Foods.
