Improves feel and softness of fabrics,  faster water extraction during spinning, faster dry time, minimized lint formation, improved anti static properties of cotton, nylon, rayon, and other synthetic fibers, easier ironing, reduction in rejects and higher output. Also has the following benefits:
Dispersible in warm water
Very low levels of IPA (low odor)
Excellent softening performance
Good anti static properties
Can also be used in aerosol or other liquid spray systems where low moisture and isopropanol are desired.
