Product Categories: Chelating Agent, Solvent, SurfactantCarsoquat CT-425 and CT-429 are clear to yellow solutions of Cetyl Trimethyl Ammonium Chloride. They are offered in both 25% and 29% solids versions. This product has a long history of use as an ingredient in hair conditioners and cream rinses where it imparts improved wet and dry combing and improved manageability.
Performance:
Carsoquat CT-425 and Carsoquat CT-429 are suited for use in clear and opaque conditioners. They are easily washed from the hair and are especially suited for use in extra body conditioners.
Compatibility:
Compatible with inorganic detergent builders, organic chelates, nonionic surfactants and polar solvents. Forms ion pairs with anionic soaps and surfactants.
