ColaDet KC-40 is a pure potassium cocoate soap that exhibits excellent flash foam, good color, and low odor. Cola®Det KC-40 is biodegradable, made from natural and renewable resources, and preservative-free – making it ideal for natural formulations, including high lathering soaps and cost-effective cleansers.
This product has the following certifications Natural Products Association Certified Ingredient, Ecocert Approved Raw Material, Whole Foods Market® Eco-Scale™ Ingredient, Whole Foods Market® Premium Body Care™ Ingredient.
In liquid soap formulations, dilute as required and adjust pH to 8.0 – 9.0 to maintain clarity. Viscosity can then be adjusted with sodium chloride to desired thickness. Amphoteric surfactants work well with ColaDet KC-40 to alleviate the squeaky-clean feel on the skin or hair.
