IceAwake contributes to the improvement of correct protein folding, reduces stress and stimulates energy production in-vitro and in sleep-deprived cell models. It is shown to increase the expression of chaperones in aged fibroblasts that assist in proper protein folding and increase ATP production and reduce the ER stress in a sleep deprivation cell model.
For cold process incorporation, dissolve this active into the aqueous phase or add it pre-dispersed into a small amount of water after emulsification. For hot/cold processes, add this active pre-dispersed in a small amount of water, during the cooling phase below 40◦C. Temperatures of up to 40◦C for a short period of time will not affect the stability of IceAwake.
