Product Category: EmulsifierLipomulse LUXE is an oil-in-water emulsifier system that helps simplify formulation development, manufacturing, inventory control and material management. Lipomulse® LUXE creates an elegant, soft skin feel that is long lasting and pleasant to the touch.
This blend of non-ionic surfactants is made to help simplify emulsion formation and to resolve difficult formulation challenges. It has the ability to stabilize emulsions containing oil phases of up to 40% or higher. This allows for stable body butter and sunscreen formulations while continuing to provide an elegant feel. Another challenged faced in formulations is extremes in pH. This emulsifier system is effective over a wide pH range (from 3.0 – 12.00). Hence, provides stable AHA formulations, depilatories and hair relaxers.
Lipomulse LUXE creates liquid crystal structures that help to greatly increase long term emulsion stability as well as stability at elevated temperatures. These structures are present throughout the emulsion, more than would be expected from a standard emulsifier. These liquid crystal structures are unique and enhance the stability of the emulsion formulations.
