NXT SOLV 200 is a proprietary Butyl Levulinate solvent that has low volatility and an excellent EH&S profile. It is non-flammable, non-combustible, non-toxic, non-sensitizing and has an outstanding performance as a degreasing agent, especially if also some polarity is required. It brings strong solvency across the board of organic functionalities with low to no foaming.
This product is a degreaser and solubilizer for both polar and apolar compounds. NXT SOLV 200 polymer solvency dissolves a broad range of polymeric binders, making it a powerful component for resin and pigment clean-up and removal operations. It has wide compatibility with other solvents and thickening ingredients, offering excellent formulation flexibility.
NCT SOLV 200 is ideally suited for paint stripping and graffiti removal applications. It is highly effective in removing many different types of paint, including acrylic, alkyd, polyamide, vinyl acetate, polyurethane, and polyester resins.
