PROTEGIN® XN is an optimally balanced cream base consisting of emulsifiers, waxes, and paraffins. All ingredients are in agreement with recommendations of COLIPA and IKW for the use in raw materials in lip care products. This product is for the formulation of solid water-in-oil creams with excellent skincare properties. It has stability at elevated temperatures and good freeze/thaw stability. In addition to PROTEGIN® XN, 2-5% of cosmetic oils can be added to the oil phase.
