Product Category: SolubilizerTEGO® Solve 55 MB provides very good solubilizing properties for essential oils (e.g. Rosemary, Lavender or Lemon oil) as well as for perfume oils. This product is also suitable for AP/Deo applications including Aluminum Chlorohydrate (ACH). It is completely based on renewable raw materials.
TEGO® Solve 55 MB is an ultra-mild surfactant according to RBC tests and shows mildness improvement in surfactant solutions. It can give good skin feel properties and acts as a humectant to provide moisturizing benefits (Corneometer studies).
This solubilizer forms low foam in water, so premixes with perfume or essential oils and water can easily be prepared. In surfactant mixtures, there is no effect on the foaming properties has been observed.
Furthermore, this solubilizer shows almost no influence on the odor or color of the final formulations. It can be used in Oral Care formulas as well.
