In aqueous solutions Tegopren®5852 behaves like a conventional organic non-ionic surfactant. The silicone part causes a remarkable decrease of surface tension. This results in excellent wetting ability on hydrophobic surfaces like rubber and plastic. Enhances the drying effect and has a positive influence of the foam properties in surfactant products.
