Uniplex 810 is a high molecular weight plasticizer and nucleating agent developed for use in engineering plastics such as polyester and polyamide resins.
Chemical Composition: Polyethylene glycol dilaurate
Uniplex 810 is a high molecular weight plasticizer, and nucleating agent, having wide compatibility with a variety of polymers. Its low volatility and excellent heat resistance make it especially useful in engineering plastics, such as polyester and polyamide resins. Used at levels of 4 – 10 % on the weight of the PET resin, Uniplex 810 greatly reduces molding (processing) times. The product is not a typical plasticizer for polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
Typical Applications:
- Polymer auxiliaries
- Plastic and Rubber polymers
- Plasticizers for polymers
